Connie W. Cash gave a demonstration on mixed media at SAC’s May 5th member meeting. She also displayed several her mixed media works, several oil paintings, and a sculpture. Connie, originally from Shreveport but now living in Texas, is a painter and sculptor. She “finds her greatest joy and challenges in painting the human face.”
If you missed Connie’s demonstration, you missed a wonderful presentation on mixed media with lots of information.
Shreveport Art Club’s next meeting will be held Tuesday, June 2nd, 10:30am. SAC’s presenter will be Marion Davis. Bring your supplies for painting. She will provide photographs from New Mexico.
